I have had my share of struggles this lifetime. I grew up feeling unloved, unwanted, and not good enough.
I was searching for answers and help which is why I got my BA in Psychology at the University of Arizona.
In my late 20's I found a spiritual teacher who taught me the Science of Life and how we are energetic beings here in physical bodies for the sole purpose of soul growth.
I learned Kriya Meditation and became a teacher of the practice.
I now know, and know that I know, I am capable of healing myself in all kinds of ways.
I have had my share of struggles this lifetime.
I grew up feeling unloved, unwanted, and not good enough.
I became needy of any kind of affection and love and tried to get it in unhealthy ways. I also carried a lot of anger.
I was searching for answers and help which is why I got my BA in Psychology and the University of Arizona.

My passion to help others grew so strong that I decided to become a Certified Spiritual and Transformation Coach.
My passion and desire is to teach others all of the knowledge and tools and techniques I have learned over my lifetime which have moved me from feeling like a victim to understanding that I am the creation of my world and am empowered to make my life the way I desire.
